We have just learned of the death of former NCPJ President (1981 - 1983) Hon. Albert L. Podolski (MA) on May 7, 2011, according to the obituary.

Conference of Chief Justices-Conference of State Court Administrators issue Resolution supporting Judicial Position Memberships in NCPJ.

The Third National Guardianship Summit releases Standards and Recommendations.
